I have been working on the special requests I receive for new and past scents – it’s a long list! If you would like to try out these scents in advance, they will be available in the Soap Sampler on Saturday when I release Pumpkinfest.
I hope to have them completed and released within a few weeks. Each will be available in cold process soap, cream soap, sugar polish, body whip, and body gloss.

Café Noir
Roasted coffee beans brewed with spicy black peppercorns, mace, and coriander nuanced with smoky incense, Haitian vetiver, and exotic woods.
Baby Rose
Petite sweetheart roses of days gone by… lovely and soft. A true, light rose of old-fashion English rose gardens with whispers of creamy white flowers and soft musk
Amaretto
Revive your spirit with a rich, aromatic potion of ancient royalty… sweet almond liqueur stained with ripe cherries and whispers of rose and jasmine.
Razzouli
An enticing mix of sweet raspberry puree, ruby red grapefruit and creamy vanilla combined with deep earthy base of dark patchouli.
Before the end of the year, I will have another four special request scents: Chai Latte. Biscayne Bay, Beowulf, and Deadwood. I’ve also had requests for Beguile (perfect for Valentine’s Day, no?), Maple Violet, and Raspberry Rose.
I keep track of customer requests, so don’t hesitate to ask! If I receive multiple requests for a scent, I take notice… it may just take a while from conception to finished product. Depending on popularity, some may eventually become a general catalog addition or a seasonal limited edition.

I think you should add a vanilla scent to your line! It’s so hard to come by a good vanilla, but I bet yours would be amazing.

Hi Alyssa! I was actually working on a vanilla blend just before starting production of my autumn collection. I’m calling the blend Silhouette, and I had a good start… a top note of rich vanilla liqueur with a heart of dark Madagascar vanilla bean extract and faint undertones of vanilla orchids and crushed cocoa pods.
It still needs a LOT of development. Perhaps a touch of coconut milk, black tonka bean, caramelized resins, or smooth amber? For the base… a slight gourmand note of bitter chocolate or smoky exotic woods… or both? Vanilla can be a challenge… especially when you want it to be extraordinary.

Oh goodness, I vote for the resins or the woods! Of course that’s just me
I’m excited that Deadwood is coming back! There’s nothing that can compare to a good leather scent.
