The Valentine’s Day collection will be released on Saturday, January 28th at 11:00 AM EST. If you would like to try out the Valentine’s Day scents before the release, they are now available in the Soap Sampler and Perfume Oil Sampler. Each will be available in cold process soap, cream soap, sugar polish, body whip, body gloss, and perfume oil.

Amber Crush
A purely indulgent and deeply sensual treat! Precious golden amber resins crushed together with dark patchouli and sweetened with a veil of vanilla bourbon.

Beguile
A tantalizing blend of strawberry, white peach, bergamot, and African tamarind at play with apple blossom and whispers of damask rose leading to a seductive base of tonka bean, coconut milk and white musk.

Bittersweet
A slice of sweetness, but watch out for its bite! Juicy slices of sweet clementine, blood orange, tangerine, and ruby red grapefruit drizzled with bittersweet chocolate.

Cocoa Bee
An indulgent creation of fragrant black honey and warm propolis intermingled with dark cocoa, fiery spice, and shreds of bitter almonds.

Love Bite
Sugary ripe raspberries over a blanket of pink and white rose petals with hints of warm musk, sweet and creamy vanilla, and just a delicate breath of white lilies and fresh peonies.

Nightshade
Some of the best things happen in the dark… sweet Bulgarian lavender over an intoxicating base of Madagascar vanilla with a most decadent touch of dark chocolate.

Sugar Shack
This delicious confection will make you absolutely edible! Freshly baked sugar cookies with crushed macadamia nuts topped with buttered toffee morsels and drizzled with white chocolate.

The shop will be closed December 17th through January 6th for the holidays.

Before I close up shop, I will be having a sale on autumn collection overstock and a couple of limited editions. The sale will begin Friday, December 9th at 10:00 PM EST. To make it fair for everyone, I will list the entire quantity I have available at one time.

Update: The Winter Collection will debut on Saturday, November 19th at 11:00 AM EST

The winter collection will debut within the next couple of weeks. The date of the release will be announced on Etsy and Facebook… I will post an update in this blog post as well. Krumkake, Snowdrift, and Wassail have been reformulated, but the scents are not too drastically different from last year.

Glühwein
A traditional German winter drink of mulled wine… prefect for cold winter days. Black cherry wine warmed with fresh orange slices accented with dark spice and sweetened with a drop of honey.

Hearth
Warm, sweet, and comforting… a winter morning treat by a cozy fireplace. Creamy oat porridge drizzled with milk and honey accented with dried citrus slices, white spice, and the faint smoky aroma of crackling firewood.

Krumkake
Norwegian Krumkake is a delicious filled waffle cone cookie traditionally made during the Yuletide season. Freshly baked gingerbread, brown sugar, creamy butter, and dark molasses dusted with saffron, clove, nutmeg and cinnamon and filled with caramelized chestnuts in thick vanilla cream.

Northwoods
Reminiscent of a refreshing walk through a forest of frosted evergreen trees on a snowy winter day. Crisp silver cedar and blue spruce amid lifting notes of citrus, soft herbs and wild mint grounded with smoky musk and vetiver.

Panettone
Panettone is a classic Italian fruit-filled sweet bread enjoyed during winter holidays… festive and delicious. Tart cranberries, apples, ripe figs, and crunchy walnuts in sumptuous batter of rich golden cake.

Snowdrift
“I used to be Snow White, but I drifted.” – Mae West. White jasmine and crisp heliotrope floating over rose, carnation, gingered peach, and juniper berry in a sheer base of aged patchouli, smoky vetiver, sandalwood with a stray drop of black vanilla.

Wassail
Wassail is a medieval hot, spiced punch often associated with Yuletide. Juicy apples and orange zest simmering with warm spices of fresh ginger, cinnamon stick, and nutmeg spiked with vintage ale and dark patchouli.

The Special Request Collection will debut on Saturday, September 24th at 11:00 AM EST. This is a limited release… these will not be restocked after they sell out. However, I am considering some of the limited editions for the general catalog, so a couple may eventually return.

Four new limited edition scents are on the horizon. The first three are scented with essential oils only and will be available in cold process soap and polish. Deadwood will be available in cold process soap, cream soap, sugar polish, body whip, and body gloss. If you would like to try out these scents in advance, they will be available in the Soap Sampler on Saturday.

Beowulf
Face any challenge with a creation that spans the ages. Herbaceous clary sage heightened with a bracing splash of fresh citrus and a drop of bitter almond.

Biscayne Bay
A crisp blend of ocean botanicals and essential oils captures the fresh, clean scent of cool ocean spray. Created with a revitalizing and invigorating blend of rosemary, lavender, spearmint, lemongrass, and vetiver essential oils.

Chai Latte
A sweet treat that works with both body and spirit… a stimulating brew of imported spices and crushed vanilla beans steeped in freshly brewed coffee and sweetened with milk and honey.

Deadwood
Wild bergamot, clover honey, and a light dusting of spice leading to a heart of warm amber and barley grass grounded in a rich base of black vanilla, musk, teak, and worn brown leather.

The Pumpkinfest Collection will debut on Saturday, September 3rd at 11:00 AM EST. This is an autumn “mini release” of a few very limited pumpkin scents… these will not be restocked after they sell out. Each will be available in foaming body scrub, body whip, and body gloss.

I have been working on a perfect pumpkin scent to add to my lineup for next year – something unique. The following scents are my three contenders for a permanent spot in next years autumn collection.

Pumpkin Butter
Fresh apple butter and sun-dried fruits lead to a core of pumpkin puree, roasted nuts, and a smattering of white spices over a base of vanilla, rum, and golden amber.

Pumpkin Cocoa
A scrumptious treat of freshly carved pumpkin drizzled with rich Belgian chocolate and cocoa absolute lightly dusted with warm spice.

Pumpkin Honey
Clover honey and warm beeswax drizzled over pumpkin pulp, sweet cream, and blackstrap molasses over a thick layer of harvest spice.

The autumn collection will be released on Saturday, August 13th at 11:00 AM EST. I am excited to announce I was able to procure the main component of the Black Walnut blend offered in past years. Because this blend reminds me of the scent of autumn itself, I re-named it Samhain.

Bad Wolf
A basket of freshly-picked berries and sweet cream fused with a shady forest brew of mahogany, apple wood, and blood cedar to round out the darker, more sensuous base of patchouli, tonka bean, oakmoss, and vanilla bourbon. All the better to eat you with, my dear…

Bonfire
Evocative of the vibrant colors of autumn, this unique scent is sure to engage the senses. An inviting and familiar blend of crisp fall air, mulled cider, burning maple leaves, and a crackling bonfire.

Countrycide
Scratch the surface of this beautiful scent and you’ll find many layers leading to a shadowy center. A crisp veneer of sweet, earthy autumn leaves with top notes green fig, bergamot, golden hay, and dried flowers masks a darkened heart of musky clover, caramelized benzoin, beeswax, and black vanilla absolute. At the center is a corrupted foundation of bitter almond, tonka bean, gaiacwood and sandalwood, waiting to be revealed for a sensual and unforgettable experience.

Nevermore
Dark and beguiling… dusty casks of warm blackberry wine laden with wild herbs and acrid tea leaves amid whispers of warm skin musk, crackling firewood, and a somber touch of freshly dug earth.

Samhain
This breathtaking blend captures the sweet-smelling, musky bouquet of autumn. Light notes of blood orange rests atop a heart of roasted walnuts, brown sugar, and hazelnut java fused with black anise seed, earthy patchouli, and black vanilla winding down to a rich musk base.

ZomBee
The sweet, earthy aroma of this creation is sure to resurrect your deepest passions! A thrilling concoction of sickly-sweet honey and warm beeswax over a layer of aged patchouli, crushed clove, and darkened vanilla pods.
