Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns. Please do not send your purchase back to Alchemic Muse.

Refunds/Exchanges:
We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. Proof of defective or damaged items is required. Please send us an email at alchemicmuse@tampabay.rr.com. Refunds and replacements will be processed within 2 - 3 days (excluding shipping time).
