Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns. Please do not send your purchase back to Alchemic Muse.
We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. Proof of defective or damaged items is required. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds and replacements will be processed within 2 - 3 days (excluding shipping time).
